Darrel W. Aherin established his law firm in January of 1974 as a sole
practitioner. Stephen C. Rice joined the practice in 1975, remaining with the
firm until he retired in October, 2008. Anthony C. Anegon joined the firm in
1982, expanding the firm’s practice areas, and Sarah A. McDowell joined the firm
following Steve Rice’s retirement in the Fall of 2008. For many years, the firm
